FIT Instructor’s 5 Day Course Case Practice Course Overview The FIT Instructor’s course is a group training process that prepares experienced FIT Coaches to be FIT instructors. Through self study of the Instructor’s manual and three days of group practice sessions you will build effective facilitator and trainer skills. Your instructor, Katherine Bird, will lead the group training, and is available through email to assist your progress by providing answers to questions, during your self-study and with evaluation and feedback throughout the duration of your group course. Katherine has a background in Psychology, Social Work, and Adult Education, with over 30 years’ experience with mental health, complementary therapies, and group training programs. Katherine incorporates several alternative approaches to her work with clients and groups. She is happy to draw on her experiences related to using healing modalities in private practice in this program.
